Overview
I built a standardized strategic framework to move a global education team from operating based on reactive, ongoing request fulfillment to proactive, data-backed content strategy. By designing a Vertical Strategy Roadmap, I unified how diverse creator-facing product areas—from Monetization to Copyright—defined their content corpus, audience, metric benchmarks, and top user issues for billions of daily users.
This systemic approach transformed a fragmented content vertical into a predictable, high-impact engine to support many hundreds of global launches annually with strategic clarity and data-backed vision.

Before this initiative, the global education function operated without a unified planning framework, leading to inconsistent user experiences across different product areas. Teams often worked in silos, making it difficult for leadership to compare priorities or maintain a long-term view of the organization’s strategic direction.
